Note: The Disc Jockey will utilize the speakers provided by the Client’s AV company for all indoor performances (inside the HOPE Room on Thursday and the WINDSOR Ballroom from Friday through Sunday). For the Thursday reception at the HOPE Terrace (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and the Friday reception at the WINDSOR Garden (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM), the Disc Jockey will supply their own speakers and subwoofers.
